Water Treatment Facility (Industrial Water Tank) Z Mortar S-HB Method

It meets the water quality standards for water supply facilities set by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and can be applied to the inner surface of concrete water tanks in water supply facilities.

This technology is a hybrid type of cross-section repair and protective coating method using mortar and an impregnation material. It deeply impregnates the fiber-reinforced, fast-setting Z Mortar S-1 with a special silane-based impregnation material called "Zic Guard S." This suppresses water absorption and carbonation, enhancing chloride resistance. Additionally, the mortar mixed with high-quality fly ash promotes long-term strength development through pozzolanic reactions. 【Features】 ■ Hybrid type of mortar and impregnation material ■ Suppresses water absorption and carbonation ■ Enhances chloride resistance ■ Meets the water quality standards for water supply facilities as per Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare regulations ■ Applicable to the inner surfaces of concrete water tanks in water supply facilities *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

CS mortar method (waterway repair and modification method)

Repair the existing waterway using a composite method (surface impregnation + inorganic coating) to restore its functionality to the aesthetic and durability levels of when it was newly constructed, thereby extending its lifespan and reducing life cycle costs (LCC).

In the repair of existing waterways, no matter how excellent the material used for the surface coating is, if the substrate after removing the deteriorated parts is not sound and strong, it will not last long. After removing the deteriorated parts, applying and impregnating CS Clear on the concrete surface densifies the surface layer to prevent the loss of aggregates. When repairing the cross-section of the washed-out areas with CS Mortar, keeping the thickness up to the aggregate surface (formwork surface) prevents peeling and avoids a reduction in the waterway cross-section. Finally, applying and impregnating CS Clear on the repaired surface densifies the CS Mortar, improving water resistance and abrasion resistance, thus achieving longevity through surface protection. Patent: No. 4664949 NNTD: Registration No. 1022 Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries: Compliant with the Open Waterway Repair Manual > Quality Standards (Surface Impregnation, Inorganic Coating) Features: - Improves the durability of existing waterways - Minimizes the reduction of the existing waterway cross-section during repairs - Reduces the roughness of the surface layer of existing waterways - Excellent crack repair effectiveness and ensures high water tightness - Can be applied even in wet conditions, achieving shorter construction periods and reduced costs - Uses inorganic materials, reducing environmental impact

Anti-corrosion coating and mortar lining method Z Mortar KS500M method

Can be constructed even in high humidity environments.

The Z Mortar KS500M method is a mortar lining technique that uses the high sulfuric acid-resistant mortar "Z Mortar KS500." By blending special powders derived from blast furnace slag, it exhibits excellent sulfuric acid resistance and achieves high strength. The corrosion prevention method using high sulfuric acid-resistant mortar is designed with a concept that allows for a reduction in cross-section, calculating the amount of cross-sectional reduction due to deterioration or the depth of carbonation, and setting a thickness for cross-sectional reduction that does not pose structural issues. Alternatively, it involves pre-thickening the cross-section and maintaining the facility's functionality through repeated repairs while conducting regular inspections. This method can be applied even in high-temperature environments and construction conditions with high moisture content in concrete, where conventional coating-type lining methods cannot be used. Since the overlapping process of the coating-type lining method is unnecessary, the construction process and curing period are shorter, leading to reduced construction time. The use of blast furnace slag makes it an environmentally friendly product that reduces the burden on the environment (reducing resources, energy, and CO2 emissions).

Water supply facility anti-corrosion and waterproofing system, inorganic coating method, Z Mortar S-HB method.

Hybrid type corrosion and waterproofing method using mortar and impregnation materials.

▼Features of the S-HB Method Hybrid type of mortar and impregnation material The Z Mortar S-HB method deeply impregnates the fiber-reinforced, fast-setting Z Mortar S-1 with a special silane-based impregnation material "Zic Guard S," which suppresses water absorption and carbonation, enhancing chlorine resistance. It is mainly applied to open water tanks. ▼Characteristics 【Water Quality】 Meets the leaching test methods and standard values of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and JWWA Z 108:2016, making it suitable for application on the inner surfaces of concrete water tanks in water supply facilities. 【Workability】 Can be applied in a single spraying or troweling operation with a thickness of approximately 10mm to 20mm on vertical surfaces. The rebound loss during spraying is minimal, and troweling work is also favorable. 【Curing Properties】 Excellent early strength, allowing for good workability and shortening of construction periods. It exhibits a compressive strength of over 50N/m² at 28 days of age, providing stable strength equivalent to or greater than that of concrete. 【Durability】 The cured material has low permeability and excels in durability and abrasion resistance.
